i think coach is pissed cause i always don't go for wed training. zzz. OOH! just came back from training <333 i feel guiltyy. is like, my chest hurts liek shitt. yes, even now. but its getting better. crunches made it worse actually. should have told coach but... gahh. eva shall be good girl and train everyday ^^ the last time i seriously trained on my own was last year :/ i feel worse now. and i didn eat breakfast this morning :/ even worse. shall monitor my diet from today. eva shall be fit :D okayy like seriously? the last time i was fit it was p6 during netball east zone baa. aaaaaaaak. need to be more serious. my sports are like blehh now. i still owe golf coach weightss. i shall stop here and do my weights ^^
